From the recording FORM & formless
This was the first improvisational track John Stowell and I did together for the recording. We were sitting in the silence of nothing for a long while and then this song started to emerge through me. I happened to have a pandero in the both and I began playing this basic rhythm. It felt primal, based in blues and my own Native American roots. John immediately picked up on the feeling creating a complimentary conversation.
